About kennel

Airy Elf's Greyhounds is the first and the only one kennel in Latvia breeding the show-line Greyhounds.

Our kennel began it's work in 1996, when there was born Greyhound puppies from Donred Linda (then she got Latvian and Lithuanian Champion title), and Polish Champion From Polish Infant Skierdy. Though Kennel wasn't registered yet but by that time there was clear that our family devote itself to Greyhounds in earnest and for a long time.
The first sighthound show where will be brought almost all litter six month old give very good results. The judge at the show wasEspen Engh (sighthounds' especially greyhounds' owners know that he is one of the most respected judge for sighthounds and owner of the one of leading kennels Jet Greyhounds). The judge was pleasantly surprised that there is so high-level dogs in Latvia
and appreciate them at they high value. As a result one of these puppies Elf's Anais Anais won Puppy Best.

At this time all of that first puppies have Latvian Champion title, two of them have Baltic Champion title and kennels favourite Elf's Anais Anais have International, Baltic, Russian and Poland Champion titles. Two times Greyhounds from our kennel was top sighthound of the year at Latvian Sighthound Club.

Our Greyhounds first of all are companions, members of family and we'll never forget it. It is very important distinguishing feature of
Greyhounds: not only exterior but first of all character and temperament. Because most part of life Greyhound passes in family, with people and our principal task when mating is to save in our Greyhounds quiet, steady temperament, wonderful, lovely character and devotion and love of people, which inherent in this breed from time immemorial.
